- My name is DJ Bean and I am a senior from Belmont, MA. I am an aspiring sportswriter currently writing for WEEI.com. I am also co-sports director of WUNH 91.3 FM and a proud member of Alabaster Blue A Cappella. The balance between work, class, and a life is extremely hard, but I wouldn't have it any other way! I wouldn't say I "love" writing news, but if it involves writing it's fine by me. All things equal, I can recognize that my talent (if I have any) is better-suited for writing sports. I have also worked at ESPN radio and would love to emulate the career of a Rob Bradford or Michael Holley-- someone who has made a name for himself writing for a paper (or, in today's day and age, website) and has also written books and done radio.
